Please note that there may be a delay in shipping times due to the current global pandemic COVID-19. Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc. is still fulfilling orders in a prompt manner (additional processing time may be needed during this time), however shipping delays are becoming beyond our control due to back logs with carriers. We appreciate your understanding and support during these times.
Processing and Shipping Information:
All orders ship from Burlington, Ontario. Most online orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be shipped out the same business day [some terms and conditions may apply] after 12:00pm EST, all orders will be placed for processing for the next business day. Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc. does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays.
There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, low quantity of stock, or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, you will receive notification from our Customer Service Department.
Shipping Rates and Services:
All shipping rates are automatically calculated upon the time of checkout. Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc. partners with UPS, Purolator, Canpar and Loomis. Delivery timelines are given in business days upon checkout. Please note, that if the carrier you have chosen upon checkout is unavailable at the time of shipping label creation the next shipping provider available will be chosen. If you would like to use one specific carrier only, please e-mail us or leave a comment in the 'notes' section of your order, stating you only wish to use a certain carrier.

Tracking your order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc. that includes a link to your tracking information. You may check your tracking at any time. Please be sure to check your tracking information before reaching out about your order.

If you require special attention to your shipment or have a request that falls outside of our stated policies and/or timelines, we may be able to accommodate you.
