1. SPONSOR
The Christmas toolbox and tool giveaway is sponsored by Lyell's Stainless Exhaust inc., located at 17 Meadow Lane, Dundas Ontario Canada L9H 1L1
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 19 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on December 21st at 12:00am EST and ends on January 1st at 11:59pm EST eligible purchases must be completed during this time to qualify for entry.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. For every $25 (before taxes) spent at Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc., customers will be entered into the Giveaway. Customers are digitally entered and do not require a physical ticket.
Eligible purchases can be made directly on our website www.lyellstainles.com Purchases must be completed during the Giveaway Period to qualify. Receipts cannot be combined for entry. No other methods of entry are permitted
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted on or about January 2nd, 2025 at the Lyell's Stainless Exhaust Inc. Warehouse at 17 Meadow Lane, Dundas Ontario L9H 1L1. The draw will include all eligible entry tickets earned during the Giveaway Period.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, does not meet eligibility requirements, or forfeits the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
- Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and purchase details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and as outlined in the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or purchases.
- Technical malfunctions or human errors that may occur.
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.
9. GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
